Our
Chianti Classico is made from 100% Sangiovese grapes,
and is aged in French Oak barrels of 25 and 35 hl for
a period of up to 12 months. With an intense ruby colour,
our Chianti Classico features forest fruit scents on the
nose, sustained by the typical acidity and tannin of the
Sangiovese grape on the finish. Perfect with red meat,
or with a plate of aged cheese or your favourite Tuscan
anti-pasto, the subtle character of the Chianti Classico
goes great with a diverse range of foods.
